Summary:

ProAdmin is a back-end SaaS platform designed to empower rural real estate brokerages, agents, and support teams with a streamlined, end-to-end property transaction system. The goal was to replace outdated workflows with a modern, efficient, and scalable digital experience.

The Challenge
Rural real estate agents lacked a centralized digital solution to manage listings, documentation, and transactions effectively. Existing systems were outdated, leading to:

  • Inefficient workflows – Agents spent excessive time managing property data and listings manually.
  • Communication breakdowns – Lack of a centralized system resulted in delays and lost information.
  • Outdated marketing strategies – Limited access to high-quality media tools for property promotion.
  • Complex administrative processes – No standardized listing templates, causing inconsistencies in data collection.

I developed low-to-high fidelity prototypes to refine the core workflows:
