__Problem:__ LS Tractor needed an online platform for technician employee training. The system also required that "dealership" managers were able to monitor and manage their technicians within the platform. Technicians were also required to complete the course and verify completion with a digital certificate at the end of the course. The system also needed to be segmented among over 200 individual dealership locations throughout the US. Technicians were required to complete their courses in order to be certified for their employment.

Solution: A learning management system that was video education based and followed up with online quizzes. Users were invited via email to the system where they were able to create their own accounts per their own dealership and take the courses based on their job role. Managers have a separate login where they can edit, add, remove and track technicians course progress.

Result: The learning management system was well received. Technicians were able to complete their courses and get their certification to become full time employees. Dealership managers were also able to login manage their employees easily.
